I was having a perfectly fine day, until some angel dropped off this photo in my inbox. Now, I already hate Soulja Boy and anyone affiliated with him (he is Hip-Hop smog), so imagine how I felt seeing a picture of the child with his little soulja in his hand…yes, his penis in his hand!

Lord, this is the type of shit that almost makes you ashamed to be Black. I wish I could honestly say that I’m not going to watch this season of Flavor of Love, but I’d be lying. It’s like VH1 is cooked crack — we all keep soaking it up even though we know it’s going to kill us.

No, I wasn’t watching the Super Bowl last night. I allowed the rest of the fam to coon it on up in front of the big screen while I caught up on The Wire. Congratulations to the NY Giants, though.

I thought the new season of Flavor of Love was suppose to feature classy, humble, and sophisticated women. Yet, I still see some booty-tooting hoes with crooked weaves. I’m not mad or surprised, really. I’m just saying…you ain’t got to lie, VH1!
