New Music: Iggy Azalea – Whatchu Lookin At

Iggy Azalea drops a banger to hold fans over until the release of her debut album, The New Classic. This short new track is titled “Whatchu Lookin At”, and kind of sounds like something that was left off of her TrapGold mixtape.

You can reportedly expect Iggy’s first official single next month and she will be touring with Rita Ora on the Radioactive tour in the U.K. starting next week. Listen to “Whatchu Lookin At” below.

  Didn’t we all? Nah I kinda like this well the beat, she still hasn’t really done anything to reel me in yet. She’s just another one of them artist that should just model and leave the music alone. I live for her body though!! Its sickening.

    I agree. I can’t help get a sense of mediocrity with her music, but I know I can’t wait to see her on the cover of Vogue or W rocking some couture outfits or being some fashion designer’s muse. Her face is stunning and her body drips of temptation.

I really like iggy’s music I wish people would give her more of a chance and stop looking at the whole white girl trying to be black when that’s really not the case. She kinda just has her own style and swag and her flow his dope.

  I want to like her, but her accent when she’s rapping kind of puts me off. I like that she’s doing her own thing though.

  But she kinda IS trying to be black. it would be perfectly acceptable for her to rap in her Australian accent, but she’s effecting this Black Southern accent, and it’s off-putting. It’s be easier to see her talent/style if she wasn’t doing that.

Like everything else she puts out, people will talk about it for a day and then no one will care anymore. Her voice is so high pitched and annoying over the beat. The beat is better than anything else on the song. Her accent is ugly and I’m tired of people thinking it’s racist to say so. An ugly fake-sounding accent is an ugly-fake sounding accent I don’t care who you are, where you come from, or who yo mama is.

I really like Iggy. She just needs to find the right sound & chill w/ the southern accent …and she’ll be alright.

For some reason, anytime I get halfway through most of her songs, I stop listening. I was about to check my Facebook but it was over already.

I like iggy. I just wish she would change her sound. Like, I actually like her rapping. it would sound better though if it wasn’t on these annoying beats. Like the pitch of her voice and the beat is the same and that’s really annoying.
