Looks like all that partying with milkshakes in the Middle-East did a number on Kim Kardashian’s skin. The wife and girlfriend arrived at Miami International airport today with a huge red mark on her upper lip.

Maybe she’s born with it, maybe it’s herpes.

Kim has been dealing with psoriasis for quite some time which might be what this is…or it could be a cold sore. I’m gonna let you decide. Either way it’s normal and out of her hands…and fantastic.
