My video response to the uppercut that was heard far beyond the gates of Heaven. Again, I don’t agree with the bus driver’s actions, but in my opinion…well just watch.

This is the worst thing I’ve seen in a long time. Black people will never get anywhere if we continue to act like animals. He could have easily removed her from the bus without using that kind of force. His life is now ruined. He’s going to jail for a long time. Was it worth it? He’ll have plenty of time to think about that while he rots away in the pen.

I hardly think he will be going to jail for any extended period of time. He could argue self defense considering the fact that she attacked him first. If anything they should both be charged. I see a plea deal in his near future, I say probation at best. Now while I do think he was excessive, the situation was brought about by her assaulting him first, don’t dish it if you can’t take it!

Your life does not have to be in danger, she was trying to do bodily harm to him, you are allowed to defend yourself in that situation. You are not obligated to sit there until someone half kills you before self preservation can kick in. I clearly said that I thought what he did was excessive, but it hardly warrants serious jail time. Why didn’t she just get off the bus since she was having such an issue, or better yet go back to her seat, sit down, and shut the fuck up? You aren’t supposed to be standing at the front of the bus with the driver in the first place. Either party could have done things differently, but the fact of the matter is this young woman brought this attack entirely on herself.

Do you have proof that she assaulted him physically? Probably not and neither does the bus driver. So he would have no reason to spend time in court with no evidEnce while the girl has the propf thathe assaulted her 4 times in this vide and she could sue for her property being damaged. Idgaf what she did him uppercutting him wasnt necessary. He should know better hes been driving the bus for 22 years. There were other ways of restraining her besides uppercutting her and dragging her by the hair. She was wrong but he was way worse and in the eyes of the law, she has the upper hand

Wait one good damn minute. Did you just ask if the bus driver had any proof that he was assaulted? Did you not watch the damn video? The proof is on tape and is backed by 3 witnesses who gave a report to the police saying that the ghettobird came on the bus and started a fight with the bus driver. She spit on him and he pulled over and he SHORYUKEN’d her ass. Our body has 2 reactions when we are threatened. Fight or Flight. She ran up thinking that she was Billy Badass and got her jaw reset. Now I don’t think he should’ve given her that Sagat approved uppercut but when you put your hands on someone, you will deal.

Um…I do believe the video shows her going after him while he is OPERATING A LARGE VEHICLE (thus putting him and everyone else on board in danger). She hit him and spit in his face. In this day and age, the minute some banshee ass broad starts spraying her bodily fluids on me, it becomes a case of self defense. Point me in the direction of this man’s legal defense fund because I want to make a donation.

youre right… spitting in someones face is legally assaulting them… from that moment on he was defending himself and the lives of the other people on the bus and that can be EASILY proven in court with the video testimony. no idea what some of these posters are talking about.

It includes witness statements and the fact that the bus driver was going to press charges, but when the police reached out to finish the paperwork, he had changed his mine. All included and able to see in the 7 page report.

Well for one he could have accidently let go of that bus wheel so not only could he has been in danger, but the entire bus, and the people driving next to the bus. I get your anger he didn’t have to hit her so hard, but you know what, this is why you shouldn’t try mess with folks. I’m sure all he needed to do was simply stop the bus and call for assistance, or call 911, or even excuse her off by force. but still this is self defense, she has no business touching him or spitting on him.

I feel like he did the absolute most, lol, but so did she… It is not as if he hit her, threw her off the bus and she ran off with her tail between her legs, she jumped right back on with her fists flying. I find it comedic when some women will start an altercation, will throw hands, and then are SURPRISED when they see fists coming back in their direction. I don’t believe anyone should put hands on ANYONE, male or female. This didn’t have to happen if either party had shown some self control, she had no business putting her hands on him and vice versa.

“When cops responded to the stopped bus around 4 PM, Hughes and three passengers described Lane as the incident’s aggressor. Hughes told cops that Lane initially boarded the bus without paying, claiming, “I left my bookbag.”

One witness told cops that a “drunk” Lane “got on the bus flipping out” and “started talking crazy” to Hughes. After spitting on Hughes, the witness wrote in a statement, the driver “did what he had to do.”
A second witness wrote that Lane was “loud and obnoxious” from the start, and spit on Hughes and “started hitting him.” The witness added, “That’s when he hit her back.” A third witness described Lane as “drunk” and reported that “she hit him and he jumped out of his seat and started fighting her.”

The cops took my side and told her if she wanted to press charges she could, but the whole fight was on video and they knew she hit me, was talking shit to me first.

Of course she cried and tried to play the victim, but after that I never heard a word form her again. I passed her on the street each day after that looking her dead in the eye expecting her to talk shit. She would avoid me or look away. No charges or nothing.

She was smoking drinking and doing drugs while pregnant, already was on probation. She didn’t even ask to go to the hospital because they check for those things, and she would have been in deep shit, child endangerment, even if she did bring charges.

I really I did not care if I caught a case, and I’m normally NEVER like that. I’m sorry to her unborn child, it’s not the child’s fault the mother is a ghetto bitch that got out of pocket. But sometimes….you gotta do what you gotta do.
