Them hits just keep on coming. The New York State Liquor Authority has temporarily snatched liquor sales from Club W.i.P. after the infamous Drake/Chris Brown bottle brawl. The club has been shut down since June 16th — just three days after the lightskinned riot.
“The SLA will not tolerate violent bars that break the law,” stated Denis Rosen, Chairman of the SLA, which finally took action against the nightclub after a string of violent incidents in recent months, as reported by the New York Daily News.
SLA has cited 17 Alcoholic Beverage Control Law Violation infractions against W.i.P. since March. The nightclub has responded with a lawsuit against the state of New York for breach of contract, claiming their venue was under a security plan approved by SLA in 2011 and they have been losing $264,000 a week since the club closed.
NBA point guard, Tony Parker, is also gunning for these nightlife girls. He filed a $20 million lawsuit against W.i.P. after suffering an eye injury from flying shards of glass during the fight. The wounds may cause him to miss the Olympics. Lord, this is a casket of mess.
