Frank Ocean Teases New ‘Channel Orange’ Project + Tour

Frank Ocean has released a short clip on his blog teasing at a new project titled Channel Orange. There’s no official word on what this means, although his debut album is scheduled to drop this year courtesy of Island Def Jam.

In the clip, Frank sings of some girl pulling up her panties in a hotel room with champagne and other new money nigga things. The video footage is simply a swift hover around a shiny hatchback parked outside a traphouse. Odd Future stuff.

The mysterious Channel Orange is due on July 17th.

Update: Frank has also announce “Channel Orange” as a tour with 14 confirmed dates so far. The first show kicks off in Seattle, Washington on July 13th. The project drops on the day of Ocean’s LA concert. Thanks, Karen Civil!
