Queen Iconic Creole Serene Revel Ruler has been enjoying the streets of gay Paris with her husband, Jay-Z and their baby girl, Blue Ivy: Mugler Mama. Yesterday afternoon, Beyoncé was caught stomping the pavement in a bright yellow number coupled with Prada flame heels and Sunny D-colored toenails.

Hubby Hov was close by in a denim jacket/tee combo, but Baby Blue must have been with the nanny drinking only the finest European milks and watching Elmo dance live in her nursery. Check out the pics below!
