Janelle Monaé - Many Moons
Yes, I know I’m late. I have home training, honestly.
Although, I don’t know if I like the idea of Janelle Monaé being signed to Bad Boy, my love and support for her continues. Seeing her first video (”Many Moons”) was exciting and of course, I love the song. The visuals and the all-around energy of this clip is fantastic. Let’s hope the people recognize it.

Goodafternoon KID FURY, how are you? I hope all is well with you. I do agree with you though, I’m very impressed with this young lady, her style and energy-she seems to stem away from your typical Rihanna, Ciara, etc. type chics. I hope for her sake, she is able to stay in the forfront and not get lost in this crazy world of back stabbing, hi haters, jealous mof#@nks, and selfish music execs. that only have their own selfish interests in mind (A.K.A the DEVIL *DIDDY). Like Brandy, Monica and Jazmine she could be the new breath of fresh air that once was R&B and Pop. I’ma need someone with some sense to host a Brandy & Monica reunion Concert/listening session/dinner so they can show some of these cats what real music is all about! Juz my opinion, not hatin’ juz statin’ the factz!!! Love Ya!

I love her!! She’s like the female version of Andre 3000…on her own planet and not giving a da@# about what anybody may have to say about her general style. I just hope that she isnt pressured into changing who she is artistically/musically (which i doubt) because she’s refreshingly different.

i try to feel her but i’m just not there yet…i have read some of her stuff so i know she can write but she just a little too “glow sticks & glitter” for me *shrugs*
