Yeah…not too sure what Winehouse is doing or saying in this video, but hopefully this will serve as a form of education on the effects of drugs and alcohol. Just say no.

Who Let Ya’ll Out?

Shouldn’t you two be sewing wigs together and brushing the lint off of Ms. Tina’s shoulder pads? I am certain there is some sort of resistance in the works and I don’t like it.

By the way, I woke up to that loud ass new song by Ashanti on VH1 this morning. I thought somebody was trying to kill me.

Words of A Badu Stan!

I’m going to start my day off by stating that Ms. Erykah Badu is currently on The Vortex Tour and I had the pleasure of experiencing it last night.  Chock full of amazing music, a powerful voice, and strong words of inspiration, the show was unforgettable. Plus, The Roots tore the stage up at the opening.

I would suggest that you hop over to TicketMaster and find a ticket or two for a stop near you. I guarantee you won’t regret it.

“Well [Buck], they got you painted up like a two dollar whore!” ~ Kingdom Come

When the going gets tough, the tough sell ass! Let’s not act brand new. Shay “Buckeey” Johnson can be found laid out in the new issue of Smooth showing what she’s working with…again. I’m getting a little taste of Diddy Kong Country in that first picture, but it’s okay. Slang that thang!

Oh, I blame Soulja Boy.

I’d like a show of hands from all those who are shocked by this fuckery…yeah, didn’t think so. I would make a prolonged comment on how kids these days have no home training and only think about sex, but that is old news. The real story for today is under the cut.

According to Entertainment Weekly, a representative for Def Jam records has confirmed that Nas (born Nasir Jones) has decided to change the title of his new album N*gger to Untitled.

“The people will always know what the real title of this album is and what to call it,” Nas said in a statement. “It’s important to me that this album gets to the fans…It’s been a long time coming. I want my fans to know that creatively and lyrically, they can expect the same content and the same messages. It’s that important.” [ source ]

Now ain’t it just like a nigger to make big promises and then renege on them at the last damn minute? Seriously, Nasir? I was very interested in seeing him pull this one off with all the controversy surrounding it, and more so I would have really enjoyed seeing my white friends ask for there copy at the local Circuit City.

I call bitchassness.

Michelle - We Break The Dawn

Little Miss Milly has finished up the last touches on her new video for “We Break The Dawn” and it is ready for debut. Now, you know Tina has got a castle full of flying monkeys on the search for homegirl to drag her back to the crypt. It is Solange’s time to shine!

I really like the song, though. Maybe Milly and Kizzy can go on tour together. They should call it The Thank God Almighty: We’re Free @ Last Tour. Check please!

Ciara’s Big Plan

Posted By Kid Fury on Thursday.May.15th.2008 in Yeah...Whatever. // 5 Comments

Ciara’s stepping out of the box with her next release Fantasy Ride, packaging three discs for one album.

According to Billboard each disc will feature 5 or 6 songs that will be based on one of three themes. The first disc “Groove City” shows the sexy side of Ciara, while the second disc, “Crunktown,” will feature the up tempo club bangers. Fans can spin disc three, “Kingdom of Dance,” for Ciara’s house sound with freestyle-laden tracks.  [ source ]

That sounds like a pretty good deal. I hope this isn’t one of those BET/Wal-Mart special edition packages, though…trying to be different.
