The US magazine Star reported on its website that after an initial scare earlier in the day, Halle gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on Sunday morning (US time) in Los Angeles.

An insider told the magazine, “Halle Berry had a 7lb 4 oz girl at 10:17am Sunday morning, March 16, at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. The actress had checked into the hospital for the second time that day after feeling contractions earlier Saturday morning. [ source ]

It is about…damn…time! Halle Berry must have been pregnant for about 5 years. I was starting to think she was just going to pop and deflate like a dollar store balloon.

Congratulations to her and her white man. I know she has wanted a child for a while, so I’m happy for her.
