Aww. While out at an NYC restaurant, Jay-Z was left to tend to his girl’s 1-year old nephew, Daniel Smith Jr. Now, why do I get the undeniable feeling that Jay doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing? Maybe it’s that nervous look on his face. I’m guessing either Hov hasn’t gotten used to the whole baby-sitting thing yet, or little Daniel just left him a little booty treasure in his Huggies.
